IS AXE THROWING SAFE?
It is at the Axe-Shack! We’ve taken precautions from bounce-back axes with installation of rubber to deaden “missed target” throws! We also have an “axe-pert” who is there to not only help you learn how to throw if needed, but will also ensure that everyone’s safety is of the utmost concern.
CAN I WEAR SANDALS?
You must wear closed toe shoes to throw axes!
HOW MANY PEOPLE PER LANE?
You can have up to six people per lane.
DO YOU ALLOW YOUR PATRONS TO TIP YOUR EMPLOYEES?
Absolutely. Gratuities are greatly appreciated. Tips coupled with their hourly wage give them an opportunity for take home pay commensurate to the service they provide.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR AXE THROWING?
Yes, age 8 and older can throw axes. Under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
IS YOUR VENUE BYOB?
No. Outside alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into the facility.
DO YOU OFFER ALCOHOL?
Yes. There is a cooler on site for beer, seltzer’s, etc. No hard liquor available.
DO YOU OFFER FOOD?
No, but you can bring in your own or order from GrubHub, DoorDash, Favor, Uber Eats or from your favorite delivery method.
HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL AXE THROWING SESSION?
Most sessions range between 1-2 hours. You can always extend the time if you want to keep playing.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE YOUR VENUE?
No, we do not – no exceptions. Any behavior that puts any patrons at risk will result in immediate expulsion from our venue.
DO YOU TAKE COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS?
Yes, we are a health and safety conscious business and we want ALL to stay virus-free!
We have hand sanitizer and wipe down our axes and surfaces.
